To offer its services, Arcadja collects information on its users, following the provisions of the law on privacy. The personal information requested and their processing are described and articulated here. To use Arcadja's services, the user acknowledges the collection of this information and accepts its processing.

This page is intended to describe the site management methods adopted by Arcadja regarding the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. The information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/16 to all users who interact with the company Soluxo.net s.r.l.s. regardless of the means used to contact you (website; e-mail; telephone) and the reason for contact (information, assistance, etc.).
Who do you receive this communication from?

The Data Controller is the company Soluxo.net s.r.l.s., in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, cod. Tax and VAT number 03707780981, located in Brescia (Bs) at via Cassala n. 44 (hereinafter the "Owner" or "Soluxo.net" or "Arcadja").

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

We inform you that the Data Controller processes your personal data for:

1. to stipulate the contract, fulfill contractual obligations as well as to carry out all the activities necessary or useful for the constant improvement of the service provided;
2. registration for services;
3. service assistance, in some cases also through the detection of the IP address and/or other electronic identifiers;
4. management of any complaints and disputes;
5. communication and/or sending (by e-mail, text message, post, etc.), also with automated methods, of information and material related to the management of the contract and relating to the Service;
6. subscription and activation of the supply of subscription services, accessory services, optional functions as well as any additional services provided for in the contract;
7. invoicing of the amounts paid;
8. purposes deriving from legal obligations, whether of a national and/or international and/or community nature, from provisions issued by competent authorities or by supervisory and control bodies;
9. reporting and quality control;
10. protection of the rights or legitimate interests of the Data Controller, even in court or elsewhere in accordance with the principles established by law.

In addition to the data collected during registration, the service is based on automatic systems that process additional information that have the purpose of:
1. improve the quality of the service offered (eg answers to questionnaires, functions for recording personal preferences, etc.);
2. to increase the security of the user's account and personal data (eg analysis of the logs of information systems; use of identification data of the devices used, such as IP address, operating system and browser.

This is in order to improve the user experience, make suggestions in line with personal preferences, make the service more comfortable.

Furthermore, with your explicit consent, it processes your personal data for the following purposes:
A. to forward information, discounts and updates regarding the services offered by the portal www.arcadja.com;
B. to forward news and promotions offered by Soluxo.net business partners;
C. to offer products and/or services more in line with your preferences (profiling).

What are the processing methods adopted and the conservation criteria for your personal data?

The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 (Security of processing), by persons specifically appointed and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679 (Processing under the authority of the data controller or data processor).

We inform you that your data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were processed.
In particular in relation to the management of the existing contractual relationship (registered user/customer), it is specified that the processing and storage of data will continue until the company Soluxo.net has received a formal request for cancellation from the registered user and / or by the customer of Arcadja.

It should be noted, however, that for abandoned and/or disused registered users (lack of authentication/login for a period of five consecutive years), who have not forwarded a formal request for account cancellation to Arcadja (see Article 18.2 of the general conditions of contract), the treatment and storage one of the data will last for a maximum period of five years (starting from the last successful log-in).

We also inform you that, for the processing of data whose purposes are indicated in points "A", "B" and "C" of the "purpose of processing" section, you can revoke the consent granted at any time by intervening directly on your personal profile or by contacting customer service.

The aforementioned treatments can be carried out through traditional contact methods (example: telephone calls with operator) or with automated methods (example: sending e-mails).
It should be noted that the treatments based on consent (updates, discounts, promotions, personalized offers, etc.) are carried out mainly by sending newsletters that will be delivered to the e-mail address you indicated when registering the service.

What is the nature of the provision of the treatment and the possible consequences of the refusal?

All personal data collected by this treatment, except for those whose legal basis is attributable to consent, are strictly functional to the stipulation of the contract and to the management of the related obligations.
Therefore, the refusal to communicate the aforementioned data makes it impossible to proceed with the free registration on the website www.arcadja.com or to proceed with the purchase of the related paid services.

As regards, however, the processing of personal data that require explicit consent, the refusal to collect them does not prevent the stipulation of the contract. However, the refusal will preclude you from taking advantage of the advantages reserved for users who have consented to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in points "A", "B", "C" of the "purpose of processing" section.

What information is collected about the devices in use by the user?

While browsing the website www.arcadja.com (and the third level domains connected to it) a series of information is collected:

a) device in use (pc, tablet, smartphone, smart TV, etc.);
b) operating system;
c) browser;
d) ip address;
e) user-agent.

This information is recorded by Arcadja as indispensable for the functioning of the site's security systems (see articles 11 and 16 of the general contract conditions).

However, the recovery, storage and use of such information is not generalized. In fact, the only users subject to recording this information are registered users, except for those recorded in the server logs (eg Glassfish or apache logs), who have authenticated to the www.arcadja.com site.
Furthermore, the information recorded, using a proprietary code (they are not cookies), is limited to the navigation of the site www.arcadja.com (and possibly of the third level domains connected to it). The collection of customer data browsing other websites is excluded.

In some cases, if anomalies are detected by the site's security systems, the user may be offered questionnaires (multiple choice questions) for the collection of information regarding the device used to navigate the Arcadja site (even if it is has been replaced temporarily or permanently). This information is mainly used to improve the quality of the service offered.

The data archived by Arcadia whose use has just been described, however, if crossed with other information, could allow the company to create a user profile. Therefore, the use of this data would allow Arcadja to offer the customer services that are more suited to their needs and/or interests.
It is the user's right, from the account registration phase, to grant Arcadja the use of this information.
The user's consent will therefore allow Arcadja to cross-reference the data and prepare personalized offers in his favor.

The user can withdraw consent at any time by changing their choice by accessing their personal area or by contacting customer support. The data processed in the presence of the customer's consent, even if subsequently revoked, will remain validly processed and processed by Soluxo.net.

Finally, please note that the user may, even after the account has been registered, give consent to profiling activities (at any time).

Who can access your personal data and to whom can it be disclosed?

The personal data collected are processed by company staff, appointed by Soluxo.net, who need to have knowledge of them in the performance of their activities. These data may also be processed by natural and/or legal persons external to the company organization (consultants, professionals, etc.), for the execution of technical support activities, for the resolution of malfunctions and/or failures of Soluxo.net's information systems as well as of an accounting, legal or tax nature (accountants, lawyers, collaborators, etc.).

Can your personal data be transferred?

Your data will not be transferred either to member states of the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union.

Is there an automated decision-making process, including profiling?

The Data Controller adopts a single automated decision-making process. This decision-making process is based on a proprietary algorithm that crosses the information that is collected through:

a) the forms filled in by users during the registration and purchase of services;
b) questionnaires and/or systems for collecting personal preferences;
c) login information (device, ip address, etc.).

The processing of this data will allow the owner to propose offers adhering to the profile of the registered user. In fact, the registered user who agrees to the processing of data to obtain discounts, offers or to adhere to particular promotions, allows Arcadja to cross-reference the personal data collected to prepare a profile and communicate personalized offers.

What are your rights?

At any time, the user may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:

a) ask for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the correction and deletion of data;
d) obtain the limitation of the processing;
e) obtain the portability of personal data, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance, if technically possible;
f) oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;
h) ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
