Initialed and dated "GAW 1842." l.l., titled and inscribed "No. 3...Barnes Surrey"
on a label affixed to the stretcher, with a canvas stencil from Charles Roberson, London, on the reverse.
Oil on canvas, 14 1/4 x 24 1/4 in. (36.2 x 61.6 cm), framed.
Condition: Varnish inconsistencies, craquelure, surface grime.
Provenance: A Massachusetts estate.
