(35.5 x 27.9cm) Freeman's sale of Fine American & European Paintings, June 26, 2005, lot 177. Private Collection, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Relined and with stretcher that is not original. There is some restoration at lower right and part of outer lower right edge of canvas in the pathway. There is a restored area at upper left in sky, approx. 1 3/4 inches, with some additional more minor retouch in the left part of sky. Generally good overall condition.

Anderson Memorial Foundation Estimate $1,000-3,000 Frame rubbing. Surface grime. There is a two inch vertical repaired tear to the canvas with corresponding inpaint in the upper left quadrant, approximately 1 inch from the edge. There is also some possible areas of inpaint on the ridgeline. Dense varnish layer making it hard to detect further restoration under UV light.
