Allen Smutylo is a Canadian artist who trained at the Ontario College of Art and Design. He was one of the founding members of the Circle Arts Gallery as well as a member of the Ontario Society of Artists. Smutylo's work is inspired by his extensive travels, including locations such as Antarctica, the Himalayas, and the Amazon.
