SKRAMLÍK Jan, Knight (1. 7. 1860 Prague - 1936 Prague) Windstorm in Saint Moritz Oil on canvas, 40 x 56 cm, framed, dated 1912, signed lower left, label with verification of authenticity by Anna Hečová from 1948 at the back. Czech painter of portraits and historical themes, son of the Mayor of Prague, he studied shortly at the Prague Academy of Fine Arts and then eight years at the Academy in Munich under C. Lindenschmidt.
