Mari Kim works on a character with big eyes that
seem to come from a cartoon. The only body
part exposed to the exterior cannot hide the inner
world. One’’’’s complex inner world is expressed
like a spider-web through the eyes. Her figures
with unique eyes are modern portraits. Mari Kim
gained a reputation as a pop artist, producing a
successful album design for a pop singer.
