Letter ofauthentication: issued by Dr. Horst Ludwig, dated 12thDecember 1984, Dr. Horst Ludwig, Munich. "Thiswork is the preliminary study for the painting "Stormy Landscape"which is housed in the Neue Pinakothek, Munich..... andwhich has been executed in exact accordance with this preliminarystudy. Only the detail is richer, with two additionalfigures on the path beside the river bank and a horsedrawn wagon inthe foreground to the right. B.
