Auf der Tafel altes Wachssiegel.

Privatsammlung Rheinland.
Fred G. Meijer, RKD Den Haag, bestätigt uns in einer Email vom 11. März 2013 die Zuschreibung an Salomon Ronmbouts. Das Gemälde ist dort schon seit einer Versteigerung in Köln am 06. November 1928 bekannt und wurde seinerzeit schon durch Max Friedländer erfasst.

Private collection, Rhineland.
Fred G. Meijer, RKD the Hague, confirmed the attribution to Salomon Ronmbouts in an email on 11th March 2013. The work has been known to the RKD since it was auctioned in Cologne on 6th November 1928 and registered by Max Friedländer.

Gutachten: Ellen Bernt, April 1980. Marijke C. de Kinkelder vom RKD, Den Haag, bestätigt die Eigenhändigkeit anhand einer Fotografie, wofür wir ihr danken. Eine ähnliche Komposition mit einer Fischerhütte befindet sich im Städelschen Kunstinstitut in Frankfurt am Main (61 x 81 cm).
