Rifka, born in 1945 in New York City, studied art at Hunter College. She is an internationally exhibited artist with work in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City; Whitney Museum of American Art, New York City; New York Public Library, New York City; Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Massachusetts; and many others. Signed and dated (84) on verso.
