Lot 404 Martin Rico y Ortega (Spanish, 1833-1908) Calle Dietro il Campanile Signed "RICO" l.l., identified within the composition. Watercolor and graphite on paper, sight size 13 1/4 x 20 3/4 in.(33.6 x 52.5 cm), framed. Condition: Unobtrusive toning, staining, not examined out offrame. Estimate $4,000-6,000 The toning is even - the colors are probably slightly (thoughunobtrusively) faded. The staining is from the wooden backing.Although it has not been removed from its frame, there are no othervisible condition issues to report.
