JOSEPH PENNELL (American, 1857-1926) "Sogno Mio No. 1," 1920 and "What the City Built Beautifully, It Destroys Ruthlessly." 1920, two etchings together with "Old Fairmount Water Works and Basin." 1912, lithograph (all framed separately); Each signed, one titled; 9 3/4" x 11 3/4" (plate) "What the City Built Beautifully, It Destroys Ruthlessly" with exhibition label to verso (Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts / Philadelphia Watercolor Club). Two with overall buckling to sheets in frames. Lithograph with creasing throughout and multiple tears in margins with the largest at lower right corner extending into image. None examined out of frames.

The latter signed in pencil. Etchings on paper, plate sizes approximately 10 1/4 x 8 1/4 in., matted, unframed. Condition: Nicks/losses to sheet, toning, mat burn, glue residue and pencil annotations to margins.
