Another very similar work by Page was engraved by T. Higham and published in Thomas Hartwell Horne, The biblical keepsake: or, Landscape illustrations of the most remarkable places mentioned in the Old and New Testaments (London, 1830) and William Brockedon, Finden's illustrations of the life and works of Lord Byron (London, 1833). The Theseum was built circa 450-440 BC and dedicated to Hephaestus and Athena as patrons of the arts and crafts. The temple has been known as the Theseum since the Middle Ages for its sculptures that represent the exploits of Theseus.
