Private Guitar Concert in Your Home; L2PA Doug Munro, noted jazz guitarist and Teaching Artist at the Litchfield Jazz Camp, will perform a 75 minute private concert in your home. At least 1 month prior notice is required, and all details must be mutually agreed upon with Doug. The winner of this auction will receive a Redemption Certificate that contains all exclusions as well as contact information for Doug. Photo credit for the fourth picture - Annie Watson. Provenance: Doug Munro is an established veteran of the New York music scene. Since 1987 he has released eleven albums as a leader and has appeared on over 50 recordings as a sideman, producer, and arranger working with a diverse array of artists including Dr. John, Michael Brecker, and Dr. Lonnie Smith. In the recording field Doug has received two Grammy nominations and two NAIRD awards. He also did orchestration work on the Oscar winning documentary When We Were Kings. Doug created the Jazz Studies Program at The Conservatory of Music at Purchase College where he continues to teach as Director Emeritus
