Cao Jingping, born in Chongqing in 1972, graduated from Oil-painting Faculty of Si Chuan Art College with master degree in 1999. In 1997, he obtained "Luo Zhongli Oil Painting Scholarship". Description This is the portrayal of “infinite landscape” in the eyes of Cao Jingping, who adopted photo-realism at first but abandoned the detailed description and borrowed the lines and colors from the ancient painters. The Summer Palace is hence revealed with an ever special visual flavor. The clear painting delivers “serenity” and “solitude”, without a slight of rashness and noises of today’’’’s rapid developing society.
