(1851-1922) Near Oswestry,Salop Oil on canvas Signed lower right Bears inscription on reverse75cm x 126cm Abraham Hulk Jnr. was born in 1852, son of the marinepainter Abraham Hulk Snr (1813-1897). Abraham Hulk Jnr focused onlandscapes mainly in the south of England as well as occasionallytravelling around Europe. Through his career he exhibited 24 worksat the Royal Academy.

Both the ovoid bowls have small restored rimchips and the central knop stem has a 3mm foot rimchip.
