Leonard Duke (1890-1971) was an avid collector of Golden AgeBritish watercolours. During his lifetime he gave away many workson paper, and the remains of his substantial collection, of whichthere was still a great deal, was offered in 1351 lots over sevensales at Sotheby's between 1970-1971.
