Condition report: Mounted to within theplatemark, partially obscuring title but well outside theimage,

winner of the derby at epsom & the st leger at doncaster, 1849, after john frederick herring, from the series of fores's celebrated winners, aquatint, printed in colours and finished by hand, 525 x 720mm., a good impression, trimmed on or just within the platemark, slight browning and surface dust, in wide, antique, veneer frame, s.w. fores, first published 1849 but this plate updated with the additional victories for the following year, [1850].
