JACOB I GREENLEAF (American, 1887-1968) "SWORD FISHING BOAT-GLOUCESTER, MASS". Fine oil on canvas Gloucester scene shows a green hulled and black hulled two-mast fishing schooner moored side by side next to large wharf with building. A man on floating dock works with a man above, all under a blue and white cloud sky. Signed lower left "J Greenleaf". An original artist label to reverse is affixed to stretcher with title. Housed in its original silver and white painted wood frame. SIZE: 26" x 22". CONDITION: Very good. 9-20303 (2,500-3,500)
