Frame rubbing. Could use a cleaning. There is a U-Shaped scratch, approximately 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches, in the street at center right. There is a T-shaped scratch, approximately 1 inch x 3/4 inch, in the street at the center left. There is no visible restoration under UV light.

The painting is over cleaned and the varnish is missing. Thinner colouring, retouches and splotch. According to a restorer opinion, it will be difficult to restore the painting. There is a clear correlation between the condition and the estimate.
