This work is in generally good condition apart from a loss with associated tear at outer left edge, near center, and browning to outer right edge and along part of top edge. The browning along the top edge is narrower in width and more concentrated than the browning at outer right edge. At left edge, approx. 9 7/8 inches from the bottom left, there is an approx. 1/8 inch long triangular-shaped loss; the associated tear in the sheet, which is visible (and likely reparable) is just shy of 1/2 inch long. At lower left edge, we note an approx. 1/4 inch (likely) restored tear in sheet, which is 2 3/4 inches from bottom left edge. The browning at outer right edge is diffuse, and concentrated mainly along lower portion of outer right edge. There are some scattered, tiny brown spots. The majority of the bottom edge of the card has sustained some generally minor physical damage - small losses, breaks - which extends into outer edge of sheet, which has minor losses, abrasions - a slightly jagged, rather than straight, edge. Some of the other outer edges have some very slight breaks, imperfections, and the outer right edge appears to be unevenly cut.
Descriptions provided in both printed and on-line catalogue formats do not include condition reports. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to request a condition report on any lots upon which they intend to bid, prior to placing a bid. All transactions are governed by Freeman's Conditions of Sale.
