Signed "C.H. Davis-" l.l., identified on a presentation plaque, titled on a typed
label affixed to the frame, inscribed "C.H.D./1259" in ink and monogram stamped "CHD" within a circle, both on the stretcher.
Oil on canvas, 17 x 21 1/8 in. (43.0 x 53.5 cm), framed.
Condition: Craquelure, surface grime.
The stretcher is also bears the title "Early Spring" crossed out, and the number 3314.
