Circle of Terence Cuneo (British,1907-1996), LNER A4 Streamlined Pacific No. 4496 Golden Shuttle, signed 'Cuneo' (lower right), oil on board, 50 x 75cm. Built on 4th September 1937 at the Doncaster Works by Sir Nigel Gresley, Golden Shuttle was finished in the famous LNER Garter Blue paintwork. It was renamed 'Dwight D Eisenhower' after world War II.
