DAVID BATES (1840-1921) Mount Elbury, with figure and dog on lane, and another of Mount Elbury, with cattle watering in a river, companion pieces, the former monogrammed and dated 1871, each inscribed and with The Tolley Gallery of Worcester stamps verso, oils on board, 8 1/2" x 11 1/4" and 8 1/4" x 11" respectively (2).
