Oil on canvas, 12 1/2 x 25 in. (31.8 x 63.5 cm), framed.
Condition: Craquelure with separating, surface grime.
Estimate $800-1,200
Alligatoring, retouch over restored tear in l.l. quadrant (in the area over the lamp post in the foreground) spanning an area approx. 1 1/2 x 1/2 in., subtle varnish inconsistencies.
