Condition: Gentle toning, handling creases, not examined out of frame. Provenance: By descent in the family of the artist. N.B. Catherene Green Arapoff was the wife of the artist. She was from Massachusetts and a student at Radcliffe, studying abroad at the Sorbonne, when they met. They were married at the Church of the Madeleine in Paris in 1929.
