signed and dated MCMXXXI LXII,
7 x 10.25in.
Ink on paper which has now discoloured to a sepia tone and possibly dropped in frame as top 1cm is a different colour, otherwise in good order, does not appear to be laid down as undulation showing, in an old card mount and slim ebonised frame.
Provenance: Deceased estate from the original owner of The Pheasantry Club in Chelsea

the book, comprising 31 offset lithographs after Pietro Annigoni, 82 marginal vignettes after Hans Holbein the Younger and a original lithograph signed in pencil by the artist and inscribed 'p,a,', text in Italian, signed by the artist and numbered 174 on the justification, from the total edition of 2536, including a lithograph signed in pencil by the artist and inscribed 'p.a', the full sheets, with the original tan leather binding and slipcase, the spine faded and a little scuffed, extremities of slipcase lightly rubbed, otherwise in generally good condition (book)
