signed and dated lower right: C. Harry Allis 1910; signed again, titled and inscribed on paper label verso, oil on canvasboard, 11.75'' x 17.25''. Note: Indistinct inscription on paper label attached verso. Condition: Visual: Generally good condition. Frame abrasion along edges. Three tears along the upper edge and two along the upper right edge to the board where the painting was held into the frame, partially visible when framed. Blacklight: Touch-up in the base of the far left tree and along the lower and center left edge. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
